A number of our Shared Ownership developments have wheelchair adaptable apartments. These apartments have been considerately designed so you can easily make alterations for your comfort, once you have bought your new home. We understand that each person's needs will vary, so we suggest speaking with your sales consultant about the changes you would need to make, before you buy.
To be eligible for a wheelchair adaptable apartment:
- At least one member of your household must be registered disabled
- You must have a household income of under £90,000 (or £80,000 for areas outside of London)
- You must have your existing home firmly under offer if you are a homeowner and be deemed in need of housing by your local council.
