New changes to viewing arrangements

Update on viewing arrangements

Following the recent Government announcement on the 27th November to reintroduce mandatory mask-wearing in shops and public transport, we kindly ask for you to wear a facemask whilst attending our marketing suites and show homes - especially when moving through confined spaces - to ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers.

Hand sanitiser will continue to be available at all of our sales venues and use of the NHS Test and Trace app and social distancing (where possible) are encouraged but are no longer a legal requirement.

If you develop Covid-19 symptoms, you should still self-isolate and request a PCR test as per government guidance. You must also self-isolate if you have told to by the NHS Test and Trace app. In either circumstance, please rearrange your viewing appointment with us to a date after your self-isolation period has ended or a negative PCR test result has been received.
