Victoria Park

This is London's oldest public park and is visited by millions of people every year. Luckily it's more than big enough to accommodate all the sun worshippers that pass through its gates.

There are plenty of things to see and do if you head h for a stroll around the park. The three lakes provide wonderful bankside walks and once you're done there you can head to the war Old English garden or the Chinese pagoda.

Greenwich Park

Just a hop over the river from East London is Greenwich Park, home to the Royal Observatory, the beautiful Old Royal Naval College and the Cutty Sark, one of England's most famous restored ships.

Once you’ve explored the park and perhaps played a game of tennis on one of the many courts, you can head into Greenwich Market where there’s street food, restaurants and gastro pubs serving up tasty treats throughout the year.

Beckton District Park
