Frank’s Café

Every summer Frank’s Café opens their uber cool bar located on the roof of a carpark in Peckham. Besides the awesome drinks, you can enjoy an iconic view of the London skyline during spectacular sunsets.

Frank’s Café is located is just 15 minutes’ walk from our new homes at Peckham Place.

No 32 The Old Town

No. 32 The Old Town is an elegant pub, it comes with classic tiling and a delicious brunch menu. But the best bit? A lovely terrace where you can catch some summer rays and enjoy a good local pint.

No. 32 The Old Town is located just 20 minutes’ walk from our brand new developments at 330 Clapham Road.

Bar Elba

Inspired by the smooth vibes of Mediterranean beach clubs, Bar Elba offers a slice of paradise in the city. Plus what’s not to love about 2 for 1 cocktails (available from Sunday to Wednesday) while you watch the sunset on the Shard?

Bar Elba is located just a 12 minute bus ride from our new homes in Manor Place Depot.

Bussey Rooftop Bar

More than just a buzzing rooftop, Bussey has a 90’s Bottomless Brunch to flex your music muscles. Added bonus, the summer kitchen is run by Rockadollar and features a whole host of diet friendly dishes.

Bussey Rooftop Bar is located just 17 minutes’ walk from our new homes at Peckham Place.
