Following our success at last year’s First Time Buyer Readers' Awards, we’re thrilled to announce we’ve been shortlisted again this year – this time across four categories, for our developments Woolwich Reach, Aspect Croydon, and Indigo House.

The awards celebrate housing providers that demonstrate excellence in creating high quality homes, and are committed to helping first-time buyers get a foot on the property ladder. 

And while it’s industry experts that put together the shortlist, it’s readers of the magazine and the wider public that rightfully get to decide the winners – and we need your help!

Best Medium Development – Woolwich Reach

This award recognises a ‘medium’ sized development that has used the best design and quality to create an affordable, desirable and inspirational environment, and has provided additional benefits to the local community and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Since its launch, the 49 Shared Ownership apartments at Woolwich Reach have proved popular with first time buyers, as a striking waterside development in an emerging part of east London’s Royal Docks.
